My Day-to-Day, One Filter at a Time

When she wants to put all the bows in her hair 😂🤦‍♀️ ❤️ Oh you know, just getting ready for school. 😐😂 Someone wanted to be fancy. #shesanatural #sweetgirl You go for one cookie each and then bam you bought half a dozen... Someone has been in full on whiny pants mode recently. Going to try this laminated praise chart and use Target $1 spot coloring books as her reward. If this doesn’t prove that she’s my daughter I don’t know what would. 🧀 Thankfully someone is feeling better after days of feeling terrible and 100+ fever. 😊😊❤️#saturdaymorning #babylove Feeling all the love today. I don’t even want to eat them. ❤️❤️ Someone is ready for the warmer weather. #allergiesarekillingme Okay folks, it’s that time of year again. Going on a social media sabbatical. I don’t post much but spend way too much time here.
See you in a month ❤️. Dutch oven mashed potatoes in full effect. #thanksgiving #blessed #thanksgiving🦃 #thanksgivingdinner A sweet weekend with my family. ❤️❤️❤️ Kevin Hart in SA! #lovewhereyouwork Pumpkins! 🎃 🦇 🍭 Someone loved trick or treating 🎃 🦇 🍬 #halloween

People who were around while she struggled the first time were making comments like “well you are least going to try to breastfeed, right?” As the conversation progressed, we went through the typical mom conversation of pregnancy woes, hardships with giving birth, daycare…

    July 23, 2017

Let me explain how this came to happen… P is climbing on me coughing in my face but I love her cute cheeks and so I let her. She chews on her hands and then rubs them on my face trying to stick them in my mouth. It’s when she is being the cutest that I slip up and let her stick her sick germs in my mouth or near my face. This was on Monday, a day I had taken…

Welcome to Mom Y’all! I’m so glad you are here and can’t wait to get to know you better. I’m Amanda, I live in Texas with my husband and little one P. If you want a new friend who is on a journey as a new mom and new Christian, then pull up a seat and get comfortable (sorry about the Cheerios crumbs).
